Code of Conduct

This Code of Conduct applies to all PamGene employees and shows what can be expected of us. It is important to understand that the PamGene Code of Conduct does not operate in isolation and that it supports all relevant legislation, regulations, policies and procedures. We also expect and request our suppliers, contractors, customers and other stakeholders to become aware of our Code, comply with the values and principles in our Code and thereby help us to live up to our values.

 
The principles and conduct provisions described in the PamGene Code of Conduct are not intended to be exhaustive, but we hope they provide sufficient clarity on what conduct is in line with our values and what is not. Should you observe unethical conduct or illegal behaviour by anyone associated with PamGene, we courteously request you to report such incidents by calling a managing director of PamGene.
 
PamGene requires their directors, officers and employees to observe high standards of integrity and honesty and to act with care, diligence and fairness in all our business activities and comply with all applicable national and international law.
 
PamGene directors, officers and employees and others who act on PamGene’s behalf, must not offer, pay or accept bribes nor allow personal interests to influence professional judgement.
