| How to work with PamGene? |
|
PamGene is able to offer drug developers an open platform to assess a broad range of kinases. This allows translation of model-to-human assessment, including human samples, earlier in the development of biomarkers. As a company with a biomarker focus, PamGene aims at discovery, patenting and development of biomarkers that have clinical validity. The different ways PamGene collaborates are created on an individual basis and always with the orientation towards a longer term relationship. However, in practice the best way to commence each relationship is by defining and executing a first project consisting of exciting goals, directly useful for an ongoing project. PamGene understands that the addition of a biomarker should bring an advantage to the medicine and should not compromise the position of the medicine’s position in the market.
Looking ahead, regulatory bodies such as the FDA and EMEA are starting to assess the requirement for biomarkers across a wide range of therapeutic areas, which may ultimately result in benefits such as the fast-tracking of drugs. PamGene’s Matching Medicines technology is primed to support drug developers in biomarker discovery, through its large equipment; the CE marked PamStation®96. This can then roll out into clinical trials and beyond with assessment using the CE marked instrument for the diagnostics testing laboratory, the PamStation®12. |
