Testing of kinase activity in a cell or tissue sample takes place on a PamChip® microarray, through detection and interpretation of phosphorylation patterns. Assays take place within a unique microscopic aluminium oxide matrix. The PamChip® is made in a 4 and 96 microarray (well) format.

In addition to the tyrosine kinase PamChip® array, other types of array have been developed for a range of other applications.

Tyrosine Kinase PamChip® Arrays

Description:
  • General Tyrosine Kinase chip containing 144 tyrosine kinase substrates
  • VEGF Tyrosine Kinase array containing substrates associated with VEGF pathways

Serine/Threonine PamChip® Arrays

Description:
  • Containing 144 serine and threonine kinase substrates

Nuclear Receptor PamChip® Arrays
