In addition to the kinase application used in our Matching Medicines approach, our technology can used in a range of other applications.
PamGene has a series of Application Notes outlining a number of applications in more detail. The following are available:
Transcript Profiling
Mutation Detection (x2)
Genotyping
Assay development for High Throughput Screening using PamChip® Microarrays
Simultaneous potency determination and selectivity profiling of Erb-B4 kinase inhibitors
Multiplex kinase assay for selectivity profiling and potency determination of kinase inhibitors (examining multiple kinases in one well)
Detection of tumour cell lysate kinase activity from frozen tissue slices on PamChip® Microarrays.

| Mutation Detection - Copy Number Changes, Exon Number Changes and SNP Testing |
Detection of chromosome copy number changes, exon copy number changes and SNPs can all be done using a combination of MLPA (Multiplex Ligation-dependent Probe Amplification) and Pam4U PamChip® microarrays. All 3 types of mutation can be detected on one single array
This highly specific method is a simple PCR-based, one tube reaction, suitable for detection of up to 200 mutations. A 10 minute incubation of the PCR-reaction on a Pam4U PamChip® microarray gives a total time of 6 hours from sample to result.
