PamGene’s products enable a novel approach for studying protein characteristics of a patient as related to drug response. The CE marked PamStations, provide the sensitivity, stability and precision needed for the discovery of patentable predictive biomarkers in studies using complex biological samples. The development of companion diagnostic tests that help to select patients who will benefit most from the therapy is underway in our Matching Medicines project. We are realizing this version of true Personalized medicine in collaborations with academic universities, cancer centers and the pharmaceutical industry on a world-wide scale. These collaborations have already led to a solid body of evidence supporting PamGene in becoming the first Pharmaco Functional Proteomics Company.

PamGene has developed procedures for discovery and development of companion diagnostics for small molecular drugs as well as biotherapeutics.
